my friend's child will not eat. he is 2 years old and only drinks milk all day long. my friend is so desperate, he has resorted to spanking in order to make his child eat. i disagreed with this method, and he told me it did not work anyway. his child is having issues with regular bowel movements due to this issue. any effective, gentler solutions?

My mother is 70 and while we were shopping today she saw a stuffed rabbit that she absoulutly adored. She cuddle it like she was a small child. I wanted to buy it for her, but she was worried that my Dad would think she was silly. She wanted to know if that meant she was regressing back to her childhood or even if it was healthy that she liked the animal. I told her I didnt think there was any harm in snuggling up with a stuffed animal no matter what age you are! I want to go back and buy it for her. Is this something that the elderly tend to do sometimes? Thank you
