my daughter wines all the time and i dont know how to deal with it really nerve racking. how do i displine her

My Five year old son and three year old daughter fight constanly. My son has been jealous of his sister since the day she was born and has been physically hurting her as well. It Happens all day every day. Now that she is old enough to fight back they really hurt each other. She is also hurting kids at daycare every day and her one year old brother. Her favorite is biting. I have tried every thing to stop this including time out. going to their rooms, and most other stratergies. How can I get them to stop fighting and start loving each other?

I AM HAVING A HARD TIME AT HOME RASING MY 3 YEAR OLD. i AM A YOUNG MOM AND i FEEL LIKE PEOPLE IN MY HOUSE EVEN AFTER 3 YEARS OF PARENTING DONT LISTEN TO ANYTHING i SAY ON HOW i RAISE MY CHILD. i DO EVERYTHING THE WAY I feel is right and I get no support cause it's not the way they would have done it.. I feel everything going out of control cause all I want to do is just be a good mom and raise her how I want, how do I get away from that? I read on how much sugar she sould have or how much tv she should watch or how much she should be eating and everyone here still does not like my rules for my child and I feel like she is never going to take me seriously if no one here does!
